It’s a bit scary but exciting at the same time to set off into uncharted territory! I suppose not 100% uncharted as I’ve been doing it part-time for years now, but still – moving away from a familiar routine and starting a full-time career as a musician can be daunting. As of August 1, 2018 I’ve quit my 8 1/2 year job at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC. It’s been a great job, but it’s time now to move on and focus on my passion- let the adventure begin!
I’ll be focusing my time on gigs, teaching (both piano, guitar, voice and composition), composing/writing for bands, tv/film, etc and also some personal development stuff. I’m looking forward to it all – the ups AND the downs!
